Duties as a navigator include, but are not limited to: ted to:Coordinating with providers to design care plan for clients, ensuring clients' care needs are met, acting as a liaison between service providers and clients, referring clients to
appropriate in‐house and community services, advocating for clients, serving as an interpreter, and keeping detailed records in database
