I have over 10 years of experience providing direct support services to individuals within the developmental disabled population working in a day habilitation program as well as a residential program. I have worked in a managerial capacity in which I coordinated appropriate services and activities for the individuals I supported. Lastly, I supported and advocated for the people I served and worked on helping them with their personal outcome measures (POM).
