I Successfully graduated from Mercy College in 2016 with a achelors in Health Sciences and Minor in developmental psychology. Currently I work for Eden School for autistic children and adult as assistant residential manger. Before graduating college, I worked as Direct support professional (DSP) for multiple non for-profit agencies across Staten island. As a DSP, I Assisted, monitored, and taught individuals with preparation of daytime activities; encouraged good personal hygiene. With experience I also assisted. Habilitation Care Supervisor in the assessment of each individuals(s) abilities, interests and need areas toward independent living. Completed paperwork such completing Individual-™s ISP and providing circle of support to different individuals, to meet federal, and state regulatory requirements I have 6 years plus experience working and supporting people with developmental disabilities. Currently I work part time with prime support as a Fiscal Intermediary Manager to Ensure that operations ran smoothly and met all service.
