I have a BS in Human Services from Empire State College and an MBA from Dominican College. I have been working with people with Intellectual Disabilities for 20 years and is currently employed within a non profit agency. I currently serve as a Residential Coordinator in charge of 6 residential IRA's. I have also worked as a QMRP and have worked closely with individuals and their families. I am passionate in developing person centered plans in order to meet each individual's need and have worked hard in developing sound relationships with individuals, MSC's/Care Coordinators, Social Workers, families and everyone in the individual's circle of support. My responsibilities includes attending ISP meetings/Life Plans,developing goals, advocating and securing services, ensuring health and safety, developing and maintaining safeguards.
