Collaboration and communication between the participants, law guardian, parent and caregiver help coordinate the flow of information and services to meet the individual needs. Ensure that services are being provided, it is critical to facilitate effective with reviewing documents with ongoing supervision. Facilitating team meeting and Attending is essential with direct supports. Actively participates in-service and mandated training to increase knowledge and upgrade skills with identifying the participant-™s strengths and weakness in performing activities of daily living.
