I have been in this field for 6 years now. I have been a DSP both in the residential network and Day Services. I have worked for several well known agencies and as a result have received enormous train widespread across the board. I have done work as a part time SEMP employee. I have had one circle of support meeting thus far, but have sat in on two. I have been certified in POMS and person centered planning training through AHRC, YAI, and S:US. I am knowledgeable the field and services available having worked in different capacities through out the developmental disabilities field. As a res habspecialist currently, and in my former role as a lead teacher through Day Services, I was/am responsible fir creating and implementing Direct person centered plans and goals for people that we support.
