Our Support Coordinators have years of experience providing advocacy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities over the age of 21. Under the Division of Developmental Disabilities, Support Coordinators are able to refer clients to the appropriate programs, services, and resources within their communities. We strive to build lasting relationships with our clients, their families and members of our community in an effort to provide them with limitless opportunities and community inclusion to last a lifetime.
