Following the home interview, we empower you to select the individual aide(s) that suit you best. Our aide(s) visit your home, offering you the opportunity to interview them, vet them, and determine compatibility with your family. Carefree continuity is another Anchor signature. To ensure nonstop care, we maintain redundant aides and our own transportation fleet. In the unlikely event your caregiver is out of commission, a substitute aide arrives at your door without any service interruption.
