The Center for Disability Services provides
psychological assessments to aide in
OPWDD eligibility determination. Areas that
are evaluated are intellectual ability,
adaptive behavior, and autism spectrum
disorders. Psychological assessments tools
follow the OPWDD guidelines. Other
clinical diagnostic and interventions
services include occupational therapy,
physical therapy, speech-language
pathology, social work & psychology. OT &
pt therapies are provided in pool or land.
Medical services include neurology, primary
care, women’s health, psychiatry and
physical medicine. Service coordination
and dental services are also available.
