Champion Learning LLC will ensure that you understand all of your options. Support coordinators are available to assist you beyond regular business hours, evenings, and weekends. We assist individuals in acquiring self- directed services, allowing for increased freedom of choice in those services. We partner with each individual and family to provide ongoing support and guidance to increase their knowledge of the services and resources that can help enhance their quality of life.
Transition Services from School to Adult Life
Transition is a formal process of long-range cooperative planning that will assist students with disabilities to successfully move from school into the adult world. High quality transition planning and services will enable students with disabilities to pursue their desired postsecondary goals.
