Elmy’s Special Services Inc. is a community-based organization established in 2002 to enhance the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with disabilities and their families. ESS is funded by the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), the Department of Health ( DOH), the Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). At the heart of our success lie the vital partnerships among our core group of stakeholders who are the center of our service delivery system.
