(rehabilitation medicine),
Psychiatry, Ophthalmology,
Orthopedics, Otolaryngology,
Primary Health care, as well as
Special Care Dentistry,
psychological testing, speech
and language evaluations and
treatment, psychosocial
evaluations, occupational and
physical therapies, and
audiological evaluations.
