SPARC (Special Programs & Resource Connection) offers recreational, arts, athletics and wellness programs for members of the Westchester County special needs community, ages 5 through adulthood. SPARC aligns people based on their abilities and offers fun and engaging activities within a structured, caring and nurturing environment.
