The primary objective of TAP organization is to provide adults, families, and veterans with mental and behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.
(TAP) recognizes the need to assist and support our immediate substance use disorder population and veterans within our community. TAP helps the target population to gain access to mental and behavioral health services thereby decreasing barriers such as waiting lists, hospital recidivism rates, and homelessness.
