ELIGIBILITY: FSS Medicaid Waiver Eligibility Preferred. We will accept city contract. Children diagnosed with ID/DD between the ages of 8 and 20 years. Queens and Staten Island must have a diagnosis of Autism. Open to all 5 boroughs.
