I am currently a Care Manager Supervisor. I have 13 years of experience working with the I/DD Population. I want to be a broker because I have a diverse background in the field and I would to provide a more personalized experience for the individuals of the I/DD population. I have worked in nearly every provider service offered (Care Management, Day Habilitation, Residential Habiliation, Community Habilitation, and Respite) and I want to gain knowledge and experience as a broker. Also, I have a older brother who is Developmentally Disabled, so personally, I have a lifetime of expierience. Because I have been in this career field for as long as I have been, I believe I can use the knowledge I gained working these past 13 years to be a great broker for these families.
