My name is Fay Simon -Blugh. I currently hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology. I have worked in the field of Development Disability for 14 years as a Day Habilitation Specialist, Medicaid Service Coordinator , Coordinator of Broker Services and a Fiscal Intermediary Program Manager. I specialize in creating individualized,person centered plans. I am dedicated to making positive connections with the individuals I support. I appreciate the need for these individuals to maintain pride and have an actual voice in the choices made in their lives. I am an active Self- Direction Broker with 7 years' experience. An an agency broker , I created twenty - two budget plans approved by OPWDD. My desire is to encourage Self- Directing individuals to envision greater opportunities to increase and maintain their independence and understand the importance of the role in deciding how to best live their lives.
