I have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for the past 11 years. I started as a Case Manager for a few years and then as an Assistant Residence Manager. I currently manage a program with 35 individuals of all ages and 15 DSPs and case managers. I collaborate with the staff and case managers to provide support and assistance for our individuals.This is to include creations of goals, daily living skills, progress evaluation and documentation. I also assist individuals with personal finance. I have scheduled and facilitated ISP meetings. I have also written Res Hab Plans. These are similar to the circle of support meeting and Rehabilitation plans needed for self direction individuals.
