I have been in the field since 2010.I have worked as a DSP in a Day Program with and without walls, in a residential setting,as a community habilitation worker/coordinator, a respite worker, MSC, and currently Innovative Support Specialist. I have a BA in the Science of Criminal Justice and currently working on my MA in Criminal Justice. I have experience writing ISP/Life Plans, have attended circle of support meetings as a broker and MSC/CC. I have written serval Staff Action Plans, attended IEP meeting. I love Advocating for the people we serve. My goal is to make sure every individual with a disability has opportunity and exposer to resources that can help them to live their best life.
